The inaugural Compassion & Healthcare Conference is presented by CCARE with Dignity Health, the 5^th largest healthcare provider in the U.S. It aims to support a dialogue around research and innovative practices on compassion and healthcare. Leading research experts and healthcare leaders, who have successfully implemented and fostered compassionate action in healthcare systems including hospitals, hospices and clinics, will present.

This event is part of Compassion Week, which includes five back-to-back events converging on the science and practice of compassion across a variety of fields. The week will kick off with the second Science of Compassion Conference, followed by the inaugural Compassion & Healthcare Conference, the third Empathy & Compassion in Society Conference, Charter for Compassion Day, and finally, the ‘Living Compassionately’ Retreat.
