Description:

This is an informal opportunity for undergraduate students interested in medical school
to come explore the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) campus in Indianapolis! It
will be hosted by both medical students and faculty, with a goal to provide a fun filled day full
of activities and information about IUSM and medical school in general.

Events planned:

• Tour of IUSM’s Indianapolis campus
• Skills labs including physical diagnosis techniques like auscultation, taking blood pressure and suturing
• Information seminar about IUSM
• Question and answer panel
• Lunch will be provided!

Cost of Attendance: $30

This cost will cover IUSM Medical Day t-shirts, your own personal stethoscope you can take
home with you, and lunch!

How do I register to attend?

You must be over the age of 18 to attend. To pre-register, send an email including your name,
your school, and you school email to IUSM.MedicalDay@gmail.com. Official registration will
take place in early 2018 before the event. We will reserve spots for the first 50 students that
apply, but cannot guarantee spots beyond the first 50 people who register.
